The Laser Rifle by Marx has a "double-sound spark chamber" which makes a siren sound and emits sparks when the trigger is pulled. On the package the gun is associated with "Colonel Marc Starr of the Space Corps," one of a number of ficticious space heroes invented by Marx to sell their products. This toy looks very similar to the Lunar Special prototype which may have been a precursor for this gun. Length 26 inches.
