A wood cut-out of the gun is the base, and a colorful shade showing many stunning vintage ray guns from the "golden age" adorns the top. The background of the shade is a light yellow Buck Rogers comic strip, and the trigger serves as the light switch. The lamp also features a miniature ray gun finnial.
