The Space Navigator was made in the early 1950s by Asahitoy. Like many of the early Japanese tin litho guns, the graphics on this toy are slightly crude compared to the images and designs that would be produced later. Still one can recognize in this gun the whimsy and vibrancy that would make Japanese rayguns so outstanding. Length 3.5 inches.
